Interior design and fit-out for an educational institution and a corporate headquarters that occupies three of the five floors of the Universidad de los Andes Sede Caribe building designed by BHA.
Two floors house a satellite of Bogotá based Universidad de los Andes’ graduate school (Colombia’s most prestigious university) and one floor will house the corporate headquarters for Novus Civitas, a multi-faceted real estate and financial organization that is responsible for the development of the region over the next 40 years.
The university program includes three large, double-height lecture halls with remote learning technology, a number of “flex” classrooms that also function as event spaces, and indoor/outdoor areas for collaborative student work and socializing.
For Novus Civitas, BHA designed a cutting-edge interior office space that can accommodate the various disciplines within the company, from civil engineers and architects, to lawyers, accountants and marketing teams.
