Bugatti Residences Miami is the marquee’s first branded residential development in the United States. Located on the Miami River waterfront in Brickell, the project continues the Miami River Walk along its entire frontage, connecting and continuing the existing public riverwalk to the west of the site and allowing it to run under Miami’s well-known “Underline” linear park as it meets the river. Two landscaped, publicly accessible urban plazas are located at both ends of the site, planted with shading trees, creating an enhanced district for this area of Brickell.
The building is situated on a very challenging narrow site, rising 60 stories, and with its iconic and unique slender geometry, Bugatti Residences Miami shall be the latest landmark addition to the vibrant Miami River/Brickell neighborhood.
