Our revised 400 Collins Avenue project has received unanimous approval from Miami Beach Historic Preservation Board. With 50 fewer car parking spaces and 75 long and short term bicycle spaces in addition to a raised ground level for future proof against rising sea levels, the project has and continues to adapt to changing conditions.
