Two Riverside is a “super tall” residential development located on the Miami River waterfront in Brickell. The project continues the Miami River Walk along its entire frontage, connecting and continuing the existing public riverwalk to the west of the site and allowing it to run under Miami’s well-known “Underline” linear park as it meets the river. Two landscaped, publicly accessible urban plazas are located at both ends of the site, planted with shading Gumbo Limbo and White Tabebuia trees, creating an enhanced district for this area of Brickell.
The building is situated on a very challenging narrow site, rising 59 stories of which there are 51 floors condominium apartments, and four floors of common amenities, with the 57th floor having indoor/outdoor residential amenities and pools.
The south elevation of the building will showcase an urban scale artwork, oriented towards the natural visual corridor created by the main urban artery that is the Underline / SW First Avenue and would serve as an artistic landmark visible from the northern section of the Underline / SW First Avenue as it approaches the Miami River.
With its iconic and unique slender geometry, Two Riverside shall be the latest landmark addition to the vibrant Miami River/Brickell neighborhood.
